Now, I’m naturally an introvert. I cherish quiet moments and deep connections. I’ve never been one for superficial small talk; I crave relationships that mean something, that go beneath the surface. Thankfully, God has brought people into my life who share that same desire for depth. My journey of personal growth, through reading and coaching, has become a cornerstone of who I am. It’s a non-negotiable for me—always pushing myself to learn more, to grow, to become the best version of myself.

Creativity is another gift I hold dear. There’s something magical about taking a blank canvas and turning it into something beautiful, whether it’s through a DIY project, painting a room or two in my home, or even just finding the perfect piece at Hobby Lobby or HomeGoods that speaks to who I am. My home is my sanctuary, a place filled with character, personality, and reflections of the life we’ve built.

But it’s the simple pleasures that truly bring me joy. For a minute imagine- I’m sitting on my porch, a hot cup of coffee in hand, the birds are chirping, and I’m watching deer run by with my pup curled up beside me. Or maybe I’m out in the garden, tending to the plants, or collecting eggs from our chickens—these are the moments that ground me, that bring peace to my soul. Ahhh the bliss...

Despite the chaos that life often throws our way, my home is where I find true worth, in the simplicity and love that fill it. My family is everything to me, and each day, I find myself thanking God for His unwavering love, faithfulness, and grace.

But it hasn’t always been easy. My journey toward self-awareness has been anything but smooth. It’s been messy, full of challenges that have tested me in ways I never expected. Yet, every struggle, every hurdle, has been met with God’s grace. The miraculous ways He’s worked in my life are beyond anything I could have imagined. Looking back, I can see how every piece of this journey has been perfectly orchestrated, leading me to where I am today.

And now, I use that beautiful mess to help others, to guide them on their own journeys of self-discovery and fulfillment. Because this journey hasn’t just changed how I work or view myself; it’s made me a better wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. It’s given me a deeper understanding of life, and a passion to help others see the beauty within themselves, just as I’ve come to see in myself.

Let me share a bit of my journey with you. At 16, fresh from Wednesday night youth group, I decided to stop by a local coffee shop. The moment I walked in, my eyes locked with a boy across the room. There was something about him—an instant spark that felt different, almost magnetic. Little did I know, that fleeting glance would set the stage for a life I couldn’t have imagined. Now, over 26 years later, that boy is my husband of 18 years—the most wonderful, supportive man who has been by my side through every high and low, cheering me on as I navigate this wild ride of life.

I grew up as a West Coast girl, with the ocean always within reach. The salty air, the rhythm of the waves—it was all part of me. But when life took us to Hawaii, I knew deep down that I was always meant to be an island girl. Living in the serenity of the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by endless blue, brought me a sense of peace that
felt like home. Yet, life had other plans, and we eventually found ourselves uprooted and moving to the South. While the beaches are now quite a drive away, I’ve learned to find beauty in the world around me, no matter where I am.

For over 24 years, I’ve been an entrepreneur, driven by a passion for creating, designing, learning, and mastering life. Every day, I wake up with excitement, ready to bring my ideas to life. But beyond the business, there’s so much more that fuels my heart. Together, my husband and I have built a beautiful life. We’ve been blessed with two incredible children—smart, innovative, and full of life. They are our world, and watching them grow into who they are meant to be has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

A peak into my World...

At just 14 years old, I found myself sitting at a desk across from a woman who delivered a life-changing diagnosis: dyslexia.

At just 14 years old, I found myself sitting at a desk across from a woman who delivered a life-changing diagnosis: dyslexia. Her words echoed in my mind, and I remember grappling with the question, “Why me?” It was a question that would surface time and again as I navigated the challenges life threw my way.

School became a battlefield where reading and retention felt like insurmountable tasks. My differences were highlighted repeatedly, from state board exams being read to me to the realization that my journey was going to be different. But the "Why me?" refrain grew louder through the years, especially during some of my darkest moments—discovering that conceiving children naturally wasn't in the cards, losing one of my twins after infertility treatment, watching my 13-year business crumble, facing strains in my marriage, and the heartbreak of losing two of the three triplets I was expecting.

Each of these obstacles forced me to confront that same, persistent question: "Why me?" But as I reflected on these moments, I began to see them as pivotal points in my life—points that pushed me to redefine what true fulfillment means.

Today, my life is defined by simplicity, intentionality, and deep fulfillment. My mornings start not with a rush to meet the demands of others, but with peace—a cup of hot coffee on the porch, a devotional that grounds me, and the quiet joy of tending to my garden and chickens. These simple pleasures have become the foundation of my day, a reminder of what truly matters.

As my children wake, I cherish our morning rituals—the snuggles, the laughter, the shared moments before the day fully begins. Baking fluffy biscuits or cinnamon rolls is no longer just a task, but a cherished part of my life. These moments aren't hurried; they are savored, because they happen on my terms, not at the cost of my well-being.

For me, this is what living truly means—finding fulfillment in the little things, creating a haven in my home, and maintaining a life that honors self-care, relationships, health, and business. I had to be intentional about structuring my life to achieve balance, and that meant creating a high-performing lifestyle that supports my well-being. Clarity and firm boundaries became essential, ensuring that the life I’ve built is protected.

After all, what is success if it comes at the cost of your true self?

This realization was transformative. It led me to a life that is not only beautiful but also deeply fulfilling. My relationships with my children, my husband, and those around me have flourished. I’ve learned to cherish the true meaning of time—not just for the memories it creates, but for the freedom it brings from the pressures and stresses that once weighed me down.

And through it all, I've been blessed with an incredibly supportive husband who has been the apple of my eye since I was 16 years old. We’ve been married for over 18 years and counting, and together we have two beautiful children—a son and a daughter—who complete me in ways I never imagined. I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, and believer, and each of these roles fills my life with immeasurable joy and purpose.
